I have not had a chance to visit the development since July, but my friend overflew it last week and sent the following picture from 17,000ft. The golf course sure looks green, let’s hope they finish it soon!

Any additional housing starts beyond the first two? (it doesn’t appear like it from the aerial)
No other starts yet, but that is understandable with the ambiguity around the development. Hopefully Credit Suisse will keep their word with the government and announce future plans within six months. I am also hearing that the golf course should be open play within that time frame.
I spoke with Mark Wood of MLW Properties recently who suggested the golf course may not open for a long time due to lack of potential users. I must say it looks fabulous and would be a real draw for My wife and I.
